Oh hi, lonely person who lives on the internet. Welcome back to my blog. I hope you’re counting days and realizing that Saturdays come real soon and you’ve not done anything with your life. That makes it two of us. (well no tbh)
Tired is what I am. “Do I not sleep” , you ask. Well I’ve not slept for the past 12 hours and it’s getting really difficult. Saturdays are usually my favorite days because a) I get to sleep as much as I want to and b) I can introspect, work on myself or even hang out with the homies and hommiettes.
Today was fun. Exercising is really helping me clear my head. I’ve started playing basketball every day for 15 to 30 minutes. Basketball used to be something I was really passionate about and I enjoy it now more than ever. A 30 minute game is equivalent to a 60 minute cardio workout (especially the way I play).
When I was growing up, I was really good at table tennis. I was that final boss of a video game that you cannot defeat. Once I started playing, my friends would leave the table because they knew that they cannot defeat me. After winning a bunch of medals that made my ego boost to an uncomprehending level, I just got bored of it (like a lot of other things). I would play it once in a while but I stopped getting those kicks that I used to get from it.
My friend (you know who you are) challenged me to a game of table tennis and whoever loses pays. If you’ve known me for quite some time, you realize that I’m super competitive especially when someone challenges me. Another friend was also called because may be he wanted someone else to witness the demolition that was about to go down. I owned both of them. It’s not even brag-able because they both aren’t even good to begin with. We played around 25 rounds and I lost one because I was super bored and just wanted to roam around.
Moral of the day : If thou shalt challenge me, thou shalt also be ready for thee demolition.
